when my kids went to turn in their tickets, the worker was locked out of the account and couldn't give the kids their prizes. When I went to the counter to ask why, they said it shows it had 5 and now it has 0 all they could do was charge me to put more money on the cards?! When it was our time to do Lazer tag the teen working concessions was so swamped, our Lazer tag time didn't begun until 30 minutes after our time slot, which backed EVERYONE ELSE UP! When he finally had a break to come help us with Lazer tag, he got the kids suited up and had to run off because the pizza alarm was going off. Half the games don't work, and when a child from my group went to use their game card for the first time it said they had no money. A child peed in the toddler climber, and that child looked too big to be in it to begin with. At one point I help one of the workers clean it up. Kids were taking their slushies on the big trampolines and spilling them everywhere. And no they did not have a disability, they were just unsupervised older kids doing what they wanted to do. Kids that weight more than my husband were on the toddler blob, making my infants fly in the air. It was way over capacity, 1 teen working the front, one working all 3,the concessions stand, the Lazer tag, and the prize room, and one watching over the whole trampoline area but honestly I never seen anyone watching it. The fact it was only teenagers with no adults t here, yet adults were being served alcohol, is also blowing my mind. The price we paid for our daughters last minute party, due to our Waterpark party being canceled due to rain, those kids should be making a good amount. But, we all know they aren't. Those kids were so overwhelmed I could feel their stress and anxiety. 3 teenagers were running the whole thing. It has gone down hill so terribly it's mind blowing it's doors are still open.
I would not even give this place a single star.
